1. Refund Eligibility

1.2 Non-Refundable Products

• Domain Services: Registration, Transfer, Renewal
• Security Products: SSL Certificates
• Network Services: Broadband, Internet Leased Line, Bulk Bandwidth, NLD
• Specialty Services: Online Examination, Digital Evaluation
• Fees: Installation & Configuration, Setup Fees, Custom Fees, License/Addon Fees, Additional IPs

2. Refund Conditions

2.1 Qualifying for Refund

• Request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Applies only to annual/biannual/triannual plans (not monthly/quarterly/semiannual)
• Free domain promotions: Refund excludes standard domain fees

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Abusive Behavior: No refund if you harass our team via any channel
• Policy Violations: Service misuse (spam, phishing, copyright infringement, etc.) voids refund eligibility
• Post-Renewal Cancellation: No refunds after renewal date
• Technical Issues: Website/application code problems don't qualify

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Request

1. Submit cancellation request via your client area
2. Open a support ticket with our billing team
3. Include order details and reason for cancellation

3.2 Processing Timeline

• Review Period: 3-5 business days
• Refund Issuance: 7-10 business days after approval
• Refund Method:
  • India: UPI/Bank Transfer
  • International: PayPal

4. Special Cases

4.1 Free Domain with Hosting

If you cancel hosting with a free domain, we deduct the standard domain fee (based on TLD) from your refund.

4.2 GST Handling

Indian customers: 18% GST is non-refundable in all cases.
